Service

The platform provides creator-growth software, analysis, in-product guidance and—when the required integrations are connected—customer-authorised advertising management. No particular number of views, subscribers, revenue or organic ranking is guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Customers must not use the service to purchase or automate fake engagement, impersonate others, evade platform policies, submit unlawful content, probe other tenants, abuse payment systems or interfere with service security.

Campaign authority

Budget, geography and approved ad-format locks are customer controls. Automated optimisation may make proposals within those limits but live spend requires the verified advertising executor and all required approvals.

Payments and campaign credit

Customer-facing amounts are NZD-first. One-off campaign funding and optional recurring memberships are separate. Raw card credentials are handled by regulated hosted payment rails rather than stored by this application. Eligible unused campaign media can be converted by the customer into reusable VidPropel platform credit under the campaign credit policy. Platform credit is not a cash-withdrawal balance. Nothing limits remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

AI

AI outputs are recommendations unless an action is explicitly designated as low-risk and automatically executable. Financial, destructive and sensitive account actions remain protected by deterministic authorization and audit rules.

Suspension and safety

The service may hold or reject activity that appears fraudulent, unsafe, policy-violating or likely to create artificial engagement. Trust & Safety decisions should provide an appeal/review route where appropriate.

Consumer rights and governing terms

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. VidPropel is the public business identity for this online service. Customer account workflows are provided through protected in-product self-service controls. A private residential address is not published on the customer-facing service. Applicable New Zealand law applies unless another mandatory law requires otherwise.
