First-campaign confidence

We stand behind what VidPropel controls—not outcomes nobody can honestly guarantee.

Your first campaign should feel understandable before money moves. VidPropel promises protected budget/targeting controls, transparent records and a bounded remediation path for verified platform-controlled failures.

What we stand behind

  • Correct targeting within the customer's approved locks.
  • Never spend above the customer's authorised ceiling.
  • No duplicate charge or hidden recurring purchase.
  • Transparent paid/earned reporting and campaign audit trail.
  • Prompt AI-led remediation when a verified platform-controlled failure occurs.
  • No guarantee of views, subscribers, revenue, ranking or organic growth.

First-campaign confidence rules

  • The customer-approved campaign cap, targeting locks and reviewed creative remain protected controls.
  • A verified VidPropel-controlled execution failure is eligible for documented remediation rather than being dismissed as normal campaign variance.
  • Any voluntary service credit is bounded by the verified affected amount; VidPropel does not create open-ended performance liability.
  • Unused eligible campaign media follows the published campaign-credit process; the VidPropel refund policy does not offer cash refunds.
  • Performance disappointment by itself is not a platform failure and never becomes a promise of views, subscribers, revenue or organic growth.

This is not a satisfaction or performance guarantee. It cannot promise views, subscribers, revenue, ranking, monetisation, watch time or organic growth.

If something we control goes wrong

VidPropel uses first-party/provider evidence to verify the failure and opens the appropriate protected remediation action. Depending on the verified issue, this can be a corrected rerun or VidPropel service/campaign credit capped by the verified affected amount. Eligible unused campaign media can also be released into reusable campaign credit by the customer. VidPropel's platform refund policy does not offer cash refunds.

See the campaign credit policy and Trust Center. Nothing in this promise limits remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
